In her upcoming book, “No Going Back,” South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem describes her dog as "untrainable." Tyler Smith, who cares for three wire-haired pointers, is not buying that. He says it just takes patience and time. Meanwhile, Noem has another disturbing story in her book. The same day she shot her dog, Noem also shot her family's pet goat. The late-night comics are finding humor in the jaw-dropping story.
