‘South Park Susan’ Who Called 911 Over 2 Black Women Is Wanted by Police

Susan Westwood, dubbed "South Park Susan" after video of her harassing sisters went viral, is wanted for misusing 911. The North Carolina woman falsely claimed two black sisters tried to break into apartments at her complex, police said. The sisters, Chele and Leisa Garris, took footage of the incident and have retained a lawyer to represent them in civil matters. Four criminal summonses have been issued for Westwood on two counts of communicating threats and two counts of simple assault.
