SpongeBob and Patrick Fish-Looking Species Spotted in Atlantic Ocean

A biology researcher at the Smithsonian says he spotted species resembling a popular Nickelodeon pair, ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ and ‘Patrick Star’ while viewing a recent underwater expedition streamed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Christopher Mah said the yellow sea sponge and pink star, found 200 miles off the coast of New York, looked like the animated duo.
