Suspected Gunman Seen in Shooting Arrested 10 Months Later

An alleged gunman who shot a man execution style, police say, was arrested ten months later. Horrifying video of the shooting shows the pair walking together on a sidewalk in Queens. Suddenly, the suspect fires the gun directly at the victim’s head twice. Peter Panthier was rushed to the hospital where he died. The suspect, Jovan Springer, was arrested and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
