Teen Driver Unharmed After Driving Into Minnesota Sinkhole
July 3, 2018
A Minnesota driver found himself in a tight spot this week. It happened after heavy rainfall washed out a section beneath a country road, creating a sinkhole, The Renville County Sheriff's office said. The 16 year-old driver unwittingly landed the sedan he was driving in the crevasse, according to deputies. Fortunately, the teen escaped without any injuries, thanks to a seatbelt and airbags. The hairy situation prompted the sheriff's office to remind drivers: "Remember, always buckle up!"
