But the opposite seems to be happening, as yet another disturbing video has emerged. In Tulsa, Oklahoma, bodycam footage show police holding a teenager in handcuffs facedown on the ground. His crime? He was suspected of jaywalking. An internal investigation has been launched into the incident.
