    A teenage boy with an incurable condition has turned into his own superhero to help him cope. "Mighty" Matthew is the alter ego of 13-year-old Matthew Cech. He has mitochondrial disease, which leaves him unable to eat solid foods. He only weighs 51 pounds and subsists on a liquid diet, as well as ice and lollipops.
