A trip to the gas station made this Tennessee man a millionaire. Timothy Seratt, 32, couldn't believe what he was seeing after he scratched a Mega Millionaire Jumbo Bucks ticket, revealing he won $2 million. It's a life-changing amount of money for this father of two who says he lives paycheck-to-paycheck. Seratt paid $25 for the ticket and will get $1.3 million after taxes.
