In September 2018, women started turning up dead on the outskirts of Laredo, Texas. The bodies of Melissa Ramirez, 29, and Claudine Luera, 42, were discovered on the side of a highway. Police say they were both sex workers and were shot multiple times. But the suspect's next victim broke the case wide open when authorities say she escaped from his car and notified police. Now, a Border Patrol supervisor is accused of killing four women in a case that has shaken the town.
