Texas Teens Respectfully Handle Customer Upset Over $6

Kaeley and Victoria, employees at Keke's Snow Balls in Willis, Texas, showed how to perfectly handle an angry customer at work. The woman came to the window and wanted a $6 refund for an order that she says her daughter never received. After getting her refund, the customer called the 17-year-old employee a derogatory name.
