A South Carolina mail carrier called 911 after discovering a man who had fallen off the roof while he was putting up lights. Inside Edition asked contractor Steve Siera for his tips to avoid falls. Among them: don't try to reach anything that's farther than arm's length away and don't string together more than three sets of lights, as doing so can be dangerous.
