As the residents of Enfield, Connecticut, celebrated with a delayed July 4th parade over the weekend, the Enfield police chief says security was ramped up to keep everyone safe. It comes after the tragic 4th of July mass shooting in Highland Park, Illinois. The Enfield Police Department had people in aerial positions and drones in the sky keeping an eye out. With more parades coming up this summer, an expert says you should have a plan when you arrive at events just in case something happens.
