November 6, 2020
Legendary meteorologist Al Roker, who has been a mainstay of the “Today Show,” has revealed he has prostate cancer. Roker reassured his colleagues and viewers that it was caught early, but that because of its aggressive nature, he will be taking some time off from the show. The 66-year-old weatherman and co-host received the diagnosis after a routine physical and follow-up appointment. Roker will be undergoing surgery to remove his prostate, but seemed to be in good spirits.
