It’s the law: when a school bus is stopped with its flashing red lights, traffic in both directions must stop. The safety reasons are obvious. In some jurisdictions, failure to abide can land you behind bars. And that’s exactly where some frustrated parents would like to see the people they’ve been filming as they rush past their kids’ buses.
