Shay Wright and Tanner Martin's love story has been drastically altered following a terminal illness diagnosis. In 2020 at 25, a colonoscopy revealed that Tanner had stage 4 colon cancer. After various treatments, doctors told the Utah couple in 2023 that the cancer was incurable and Tanner had two-to-five years to live. That news has motivated the pair to live life to the fullest and share their journey on social media. Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall has more.
