Veterans Who Left School to Enlist Get High School Diplomas Decades Later

Willie Thomas left high school to serve in the Vietnam War, but he never abandoned his plans to finish school. For Willie and several other veterans, getting a high school diploma had to wait. Now, decades after they served, they've marked another milestone. Six veterans were finally awarded their diplomas by San Bernardino County at a special graduation ceremony.
