There's uproar today over claims that the college freshman stabbed to death in a New York City park was buying marijuana. Ed Mullins, president of the NYPD’s Sergeant’s Benevolent Association, made the claim on a radio show over the weekend. “What I am understanding is she was in the park to buy marijuana,” Mullins told Inside Edition. “And you think about that.
