A reunion nearly 30 years in the making happened during a routine traffic stop in New Jersey. The driver, retired police officer Matthew Bailly, helped deliver the state trooper who pulled him over, Michael Patterson, 27 years ago. That wasn’t the only joyous reunion that took place in 2018. In Wisconsin, Hillary Harris found out she had more in common with her nextdoor neighbor than a driveway. Harris was adopted as a baby and found out her neighbor, Dawn Johnson, was her sister.
