Inside Edition tracked down the disgraced Theranos founder living in a luxury rental building in San Francisco with her partner, Billy Evans, who is heir to a hotel chain. The two are reportedly engaged.  Holmes has traded in her signature black turtlenecks for yoga pants. Inside Edition found her hiding behind a pair of mirrored wire-rim glasses and a ball cap. The disgraced biotech billionaire was prancing around and sporting some bling.
