Kevin Spacey has people scratching their heads after posting a controversial video in which he plays the devious President Frank Underwood from the Netflix series "House of Cards.” It came as he was hit with a criminal charge for an alleged sexual assault. Spacey has dropped out of sight since the scandal erupted more than a year ago. One report says he is "living as hermit" at a rented ranch in Thousand Oaks, California. Police documents list his address as Winnetka, 25 miles from Los Angeles.
