When a burglary suspect was caught on camera, homeowners in Los Angeles thought it would be an easy case. But the LAPD allegedly told residents that they couldn’t arrest the suspect. Hours later, the man allegedly struck again, breaking into a home and making his way to a bedroom occupied by two 12-year-old girls. A huge fight with the family ensued, and this time, police arrested the suspect.
