911 Dispatcher Takes Emergency Call About Her Own House Fire

Marissa Anderson, a Wisconsin 911 operator, is used to taking desperate calls but this time it took her about 40 seconds to realize her son called the emergency hotline due to a fire at their home. She quickly switched into mom mode to figure out what was happening. She says she grabbed her things and went straight to her home where firefighters were already helping to put out the fire.
