Woman in New York City Subway Attack Breaks Her Silence: ‘I Defended Myself’

The woman at the center of a viral video of a December 2018 incident on a New York City subway is defending herself. The video, which has been seen more than 12 million times, shows Anna Lushchinskaya, 40, attacking a fellow passenger during rush hour at 7:45 a.m. But speaking to Inside Edition, Lushchinskaya says she was the one who was attacked. “How am I crazy? I did the best, I was defending myself to the best of my ability,” she said.
