Nozomi Murata loved working in the service industry before she gradually lost muscle strength. But now Nozomi is back to making customers smile with the help of robotic friends. Some serving robots are powered by artificial intelligence but at a cafe in Japan, they're run by actual people. Nozomi is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve people again.
