You Won’t Believe How Dirty Your Earbuds Might Be

From working virtually to working out, many people have been using earphones more than usual. Did you ever stop to think how dirty they might be? Inside Edition wanted to see how much gunk could be lurking on earbuds. Fifteen swaps of samples were sent off to Micrim Labs for analysis. One test came back finding staph aureus, a potentially harmful bacteria.  Ear, nose and throat specialist Dr. Darius Kohan suggested cleaning them regularly with disinfectant wipes.
