California Woman Calls 911 After Seeing Suspect Push Burning Car Down Into a Gully

Multiple women are being hailed as the citizen heroes of the wildfires that are engulfing huge swaths of Northern California. Authorities say the blaze started after this suspect pushed his mother's burning car into a gully. Elizabeth Fox says she watched the guy blow up his car and roll it down the hill. In videos posted on TikTok, she says she called 911 and raised the alarm. Alison Ehresman also says she saw the suspect and raised the alarm.
