Woman Trapped in SUV Is Saved During Tropical Storm Debby

The aftermath of Tropical Storm Debby is still being felt in Florida where there continues to be massive flooding. Fast-moving flood waters threatened to sweep away an elderly woman trapped in her SUV. As luck would have it, county workers were in the area doing a storm damage assessment and spotted the woman's stalled vehicle. Bystanders jumped in to help pull the woman through the driver's side window and then they waded through the flood waters and carried her to safety.
