Lawsuit Accuses Hallmark Exec of 'Vile and Ageist Conduct'

The Hallmark Channel's popular holiday season lineup is approaching. But behind the scenes, there's controversy: one of the network's top executives is being accused of trying to push out actresses over a certain age. Lacey Chabert, who is 42, has starred in more than 30 Hallmark movies. A lawsuit quotes Hallmark executive Lisa Hamilton Daly as saying, "Lacey's getting older, and we have to find someone like her to replace her as she gets older."
