Is America becoming a nation of pod people? Peet Sapsin, owner of Inspire South Bay Fitness in Redondo Beach, California built nine individual plastic pods so his clients could work out and take classes while safely maintaining social distance, with or without a mask. He spent $400 buying the equipment - shower curtains and PVC pipes - to build them after seeing that Plexiglas boxes would have been close to $10,000!
