New Yorkers love their bagels, and as Inside Edition discovered, so do rodents. “You have to worry about the food prep areas in the restaurant,” rat expert Bruce Colvin says. The Inside Edition Rat Patrol found an infestation at a popular cafe on Manhattan's Upper East Side that had an “A” grade from the city’s health department. When they showed the manager their video, he denied it was even his kitchen.
