Woman Sues Over Damages to House in Mistaken SWAT Raid

An Indiana woman filed a lawsuit after she says a SWAT team ransacked the wrong house. Cops were tracking a murder suspect by his Facebook account and were told by an internet provider he was using a device from inside the woman’s house. Amy Hadley and her daughter tried to tell cops they made a mistake. Hadley says the cops "shattered windows, punched holes in walls, ransacked furniture and closet and left the home in complete disrepair."
