Convicted Murderer Scott Peterson Returns to Court

Notorious convicted killer Scott Peterson returned to court. He showed up in court via Zoom, for a dramatic hearing that his family hopes could eventually clear his name. Peterson is serving a life sentence for murdering his wife, Laci, and their unborn child. Now, the Los Angeles Innocence Project is taking up his case. They want DNA tests on a bloody mattress found in a burned-out van near the Petersons' home at the time of Laci's disappearance.
