Homeland Security Vehicle Allegedly Stolen by Sex Offender

An Oregon man allegedly stole a vehicle belonging to Homeland Security. Newly released footage shows an SUV being pursued by police in April. At times, police say, the chase reached speeds of over 100 miles per hour. The suspect was a registered sex offender on federal probation. Agents say Homeland Security Investigations had a warrant to search the suspect's home. After he was placed in a special agent's vehicle without handcuffs, officials say, he drove off in the car.
