In a video obtained by Inside Edition, an accused Kentucky sheriff is lip-syncing with his daughter inside his patrol car in 2018. Now, the choice of the songs is raising eyebrows. Sheriff Shawn Stines faces charges of shooting Judge Kevin Mullins inside his chambers in Whitesburg, Kentucky. No motive is known. Now, the sheriff who once sang "I Shot the Sheriff" stands accused of shooting the judge.
