Eighty-five-year-old Martha Gleerup is taking her safety into her own hands, learning hand-to-hand techniques from a karate master. The Tennessee woman can now parry attacks from potential assailants, using her hands and her keys. And while she hopes she'll never have to use her new moves, the lessons have helped her. "I feel more confident. I may not win, but I will sure try," she says, proving you're never too old to be a karate kid!
