    October 24, 2018

A South Carolina woman who abducted Heather Elvis in 2013 has been found guilty of kidnapping the missing girl. Prosecutors say Heather Elvis began an affair with a married man, Sidney Moorer, who did maintenance work at the restaurant The Tilted Kilt, where she was a waitress.
