Music Teacher Sings for His Neighbors From His Brooklyn Stoop
March 5, 2021
Call him the “Brownstone Baritone.” Every week, Peter Kendall Clark gets on a stoop in his Brooklyn neighborhood and the magic of opera begins. Neighbors, desperate for some live entertainment a year into the pandemic, have been packing the street to listen. Sometimes his talented neighbor joins in for a duet. The playlist consists mostly of showtunes, and it’s the hottest ticket in town - well, it’s the only ticket in town. Peter works as a music teacher by day.
