Stationary Bike Dancing and Other Offbeat Exercises From Ukraine to New Orleans
In 2019, Inside Edition Digital found a cycling instructor in Ukraine who was really going places on her stationary bike. She danced, kicked and challenged gravity. Also challenging gravity was a pair for former cheerleaders, who developed ambitious workout routines on the streets of New Orleans in 2016. That same year, heavily pregnant fitness instructor Emily Breeze wowed onlookers as she lifted almost two hundred pounds.
