Rishab Jain won the spelling bee of science by creating a device that helps make pancreatic cancer treatment more effective. The middle schooler started the project back in 2017 when he says he first found out how deadly pancreatic cancer was. He said, "My tool, PCDLS uses artificial intelligence to help track the pancreas and improve some of the treatment options today."
