Karen Read Supporters Believe She's Being Framed by Police

Supporters of Karen Read, who's accused of fatally mowing down her cop boyfriend, dressed in pink outside the murder trial. They believe she's being framed by police. The prosecution alleges she intentionally rammed into her boyfriend, John O’Keefe, following a night of bar hopping. The defense claims he was beaten inside a house where fellow officers were throwing a party and his body was dumped in the snow where he died of hypothermia.
