Wakeboarder Surfs Through English Streets

Flooding throughout the Leicestershire region of England has left many stranded and some homeless. But someone got the big idea to use a car to pull a wakeboard through the water logged streets. On January 5, the UK's Environment Agency says more than half the average rainfall for an entire month fell in just one night. Over 200 homes have been evacuated and countless vehicles stalled, as the water levels on the River Trent continue to rise.
