Frustrated Fire Evacuees Want Access to Their Homes

Joann Alexander is one of thousands of people desperate to retrieve irreplaceable possessions at her home in the devastated Pacific Palisades. Due to safety concerns, she hasn't been home in six days. Currently, only first responders and the media are allowed in. Inside Edition's Jim Moret headed to the mom of four's house in the scorched neighborhood to see what's left. Thankfully, Alexander's home is untouched.
