Chicago Chef Trains Inmates to Work in Professional Kitchens

Something is cooking in this kitchen and it's not just pizza: skills for a better future. These cooks-in-training are inmates at the Cook County Jail in Illinois. The man running the place is Bruno Abate, an Italian-born restaurateur who wants to make sure that when his students are released from prison they don't return. Abate calls his program Recipe for Change, and it's working. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more.
