Chicago Cops on the Lookout for Suspected Serial Killer Who Walks Like a Duck

New surveillance video of the suspected serial killer terrorizing Chicago has been released. People noticed that the suspect moves around like a duck. In one video taken Sunday, the suspect was walking down a quiet street. He was wearing a black track suit with a hat and scarf covering his face on a warm day. Moments later, police say he shot 73-year-old Douglass Watts, who was out walking his dogs. He took off and was caught on surveillance fleeing the shooting scene around 10 a.m.
