Decapitation Suspect Sings After Being Shot by Cops in California

Newly released bodycam video shows a deputy shooting a suspect accused of decapitating his parents and their dog. It happened in July in San Juan Capistrano, California. The Orange County Sheriff's Office says a deputy responding to a grisly homicide scene encountered Joseph Gerdvil, 41, the son of the victims.
