Dog With Dreadlocks Goes From Rags to Riches With Haircut Makeover

An abandoned Shih Tzu mix was found covered with thick mats of hair. The dog was taken to a rescue shelter where it got a makeover, including a trim that yielded more than four pounds of matted hair. The haircut took three hours. The canine looks like a totally different dog, and it's now looking for a new home.
