Who is this person? The mystery dates back well over a decade. New composite sketches, rendered by forensic anthropologists, have been released of a person authorities believe to be another Gilgo Beach, New York, victim. Now investigators need the public's help identifying the person of Asian descent between the ages of 17 to 23 years old.
