New York Train Passenger Refuses to Remove Her Feet Off of Woman's Lap

Shocking video shows a train passenger putting her feet on a fellow passenger's lap. Josephine Alarie says it started when she sat across from a stranger on the Metro North commuter train from New York to Connecticut. But when the woman asked her to move so she could put her feet up, she refused. Thomas Farley, known as Mister Manners, says these days politeness and courtesy are sometimes sorely lacking during rush hour.
