Arrests to Be Made in Connection With Johnny Wactor's Death

Three months since "General Hospital" actor Johnny Wactor was shot to death, cops are reportedly in the process of arresting several gang members. The 37-year-old actor was slain after thieves tried to steal his car's catalytic converter in Downtown Los Angeles. His friends have expressed frustration over the slow progress made in the investigation. However, it now appears that cops have cracked the case.
