Officer Bianca Garcia was the first to respond after a car crashed and burst into flames in San Antonio, Texas. The driver was able to escape, but her friend was trapped inside. "It did not matter to me," she said. "I was like, 'if this thing was going to blow, let it blow, but I am going to continue to get her out the car.'"
